At the heart of the business lies a love for flavourful, hearty food that’s as good for you as it is for the planet.
The journey began as a family-run venture, born out of a passion for colourful, wholesome salads. Inspired by their mum’s can-do spirit and strong belief that healthy food should never be dull, the original founders first appeared on the scene in 2011—selling vibrant salads at local fairs and events such as the Lexi Cinema in Kensal.
By 2015, they had built their own market trailer (no small feat!) and began trading at spots like Covent Garden & other London hotspots. The following summer, they created one of London’s most unique pop-ups – a converted phone box in Bloomsbury Square. Outfitted with a fridge and custom shelving, it attracted long queues and excited customers, proving there was real appetite for their food and vision.
Encouraged by their success, they opened permanent sites in Battersea Studios and St James’s Park station in 2017, later expanding to new locations near the Shard and Canary Wharf in 2019. Though the physical stores have since closed, the spirit of the original concept lives on, with a thriving catering arm that continues to deliver bold flavours to offices, events, weddings, and pop-ups across London.
